Refund Policy
Due to the immediate use and ownership nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable PDFs are final and we do not offer refunds.
However, under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the products replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We don’t provide refunds, compensation or any other forms of redress,
if you are dissatisfied because, for example but not limited to:

We make a good faith mistake in the information we provide,

We pass on, in good faith, incorrect information published by others,

You are unable to obtain a product for the price, finish, or colour referred to on our Site,

You wanted reviews or information on a particular flatpack product, and we did have that information,

The information we provided did not meet your expectations,

You encountered difficulty accessing, downloading, or copying from any linked third-party site,

You didn’t end up using your PDF or consulting information as you thought you would.
PDF Purchase
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchased
PDF, or if the file is faulty or not as described, please contact us at

purchase so we can assist you.
Consulting Session
To receive a full refund, Consulting Sessions must be cancelled 72 hours
prior to the session commencing by following the link in the session
confirmation email, or by emailing Hello@FlatpackPlanner.com.au, or
by calling/messaging +61(0)419996528.
If a refund for a completed Consulting Session is requested it must be
requested during the session in question, AND in writing to
Hello@FlatpackPlanner.com.au within 2 hours of the session ending.
