Terms & Conditions
Overview
These terms and conditions (T&Cs) lay out all the details you need to know when browsing or interacting with Flatpack Planner.
We encourage you to read the entire document because when you access our site we’ll assume you know and agree to all of our T&Cs.
In short:
You can use our site if you don’t hack us, steal from us, or use our content without asking, or share your purchases with others.
Who ‘we’ are
We’re “Flatpack Planner”, a small business based in Banksia NSW Australia.
By using, registering/subscribing, and/or purchasing from this Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).
Who ‘you’ are
In these T&Cs “you” are the user of the Site. You can be a person, a business entity, or another incorporated or unincorporated entity, like an association.
What the Ts&Cs cover
When we talk about using a “Website” or “Site”, we’re talking about www.FlatpackPlanner.com.au, including our freely available content, our free or purchased PDF downloads, email newsletters, our social media presence, any other Flatpack Planner platform, and the website member area when built.
This includes where the site management or communications are outsourced to a third party. We have big plans afoot, so that definition of ‘Site’ also covers any further content or technology we may deliver in the future.
Updates to these T&Cs
We may change these T&Cs from time to time. You should know that by continuing to use our Site you’re agreeing to the updated T&Cs. To make it easy for you to find the latest T&Cs, we provide a link at the bottom of each page of this website and email newsletters.
